"Police Record Check"
Please print the Vulnerable Sector Check" form, read it over, sign and date page 2. After that please bring the form and the accompanying letter to the Norfolk County OPP Detachment in Simcoe with 2 pieces of photo ID as specified.
Remember, completed record checks must be submitted to the NGHA Registrar or a Convenor before you may participate as an NGHA volunteer working with children under 18. There is no charge for this service and checks are valid for 2 years. Click on the following links to view and print a copy of each document:
